3. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Restorewell Devices shall not be liable for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost shipments caused by customer errors

  • Additional shipping charges arising from address corrections


4.Signature is required for all deliveries .Customers will be responsible for a redelivery fee after the second Failed attempt


5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation and customers signature provided by the courier shall be considered valid proof of fulfillment.

Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery may be declined.


6. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders refused or left unclaimed by customers:

  • Will not qualify for a refunds

  • May incur additional reshipping charges

  • Be very sure of your purchase before making one

8. Damaged Packages

Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any shipping-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, consistent with our Return Policy.

Failure to report within this period voids the claim.


9. International Shipments & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.

  • Delivery delays due to customs are beyond our control.
