RETURN, REPAIR & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Restorewell Devices, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of electronic devices, we maintain a strict policy.


1. Reporting Window

All issues must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

Claims made after this period will not be honored.


2. No Refunds

We operate a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.


3. Eligible Cases

We only provide repair or replacement where:

  • A manufacturer / factory defect is confirmed

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours

  • The product shows no physical or liquid damage

  • The device is returned with original packaging and accessories


4. Inspection Requirement

All returns are subject to technical inspection.

  • Verified factory defects → Repair or Replacement

  • No defect found → Device returned

All decisions are final.


5. Non-Eligible Situations

We do not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Electrical damage

  • User-induced software issues

  • Wear and tear


6. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
