1. Reporting Window
All issues must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period will not be honored.
2. No Refunds
We operate a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.
3. Eligible Cases
We only provide repair or replacement where:

A manufacturer / factory defect is confirmed

The issue is reported within 24 hours

The product shows no physical or liquid damage

The device is returned with original packaging and accessories
4. Inspection Requirement
All returns are subject to technical inspection.

All decisions are final.
5. Non-Eligible Situations
We do not cover:

6. Shipping Responsibility
